Katherine was the IMAI Alliance Program Manager from 2014 through 2016 managing a diverse portfolio of projects funded through the World Health Organization and the US Department of Defense. Responsibilities included program management, international logistics and support, feedback and process improvement, grant management, budgets and reporting, payroll, and overseeing external communications including website and assisting with the digital transition to AgileMD. She continues to help with program management and material development on a consultant basis.
